In an effort to “get me up to speed”, the company sent me to Boston to meet a few successful members of the sales team. One of them was John Vaughan, who lived in Duxbury at the time, and one was (I’m sure) your Dad!

My time with Tink was very brief (just a day or two), but he made a real impression on me. He was really warm, and cool, and funny—a real people person! I remember him explaining that he lived in Jamaica Plain, and that his nickname was Tink because he was “a tinky baby”!

I could go on and on, but I just want you to know that I feel really sad that we lost him back in 2001. I guess you could say I’m a very sentimental person. I’ve been blessed with a very good long-term memory, and I NEVER forget the truly great people I’ve met over the years. Your Dad has been one of those people ever since I had the privilege of meeting him, and I shall never forget him.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

May God bless you, your Dad and your entire family...............

Rick PriceAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-636068312591857663.post-57995166071915817962009-03-11T10:36:00.000-04:002009-03-11T10:36:00.000-04:00Angelique - it's great to hear from you.
